Description

San Remo Spinach & Ricotta Agnolotti is made with fresh ricotta and contains fresh free range egg pasta with no added artificial colours or flavours. It has a delicious, delicate combination of spinach and ricotta cheese in half moon shaped pasta pillows.

Ingredients

Durum Wheat Semolina, Ricotta (Whey, Milk, Salt, Food Acid (Lactic Acid, Citric Acid)), Water, Egg, Potato Flakes (Sulphites), Cheese Powder (Milk), Bread Crumbs (Wheat Flour, Wheat Gluten), Margarine (Colour (Carotene)), Salt, Flavours, Emulsifier (471), Herb, Spinach Powder, Food Acid (Lactic Acid), Yeast Extract, Spice. Pasta: 12% Egg Filling: 44% Ricotta and 1% Spinach

Usage Instructions

Add entire pack of pasta to 3-4 litres of boiling water with salt to taste; pasta will separate during cooking. Simmer without stirring for 6 minutes, or until desired texture is reached. Drain and serve. If frozen, fully thaw pasta in the refrigerator and cook pasta as per above cooking instructions.

Storage Instructions

Keep refrigerated at or below 4°C. Product may be frozen.
